1. 基本方針
合同会社ELI（以下「当社」）が提供するCresiaは、集中タイマーと時間記録のアプリです。アカウント登録は不要です。当社は、アプリ内の記録を当社のサーバーへ送信せず、広告・解析・独自のクラッシュ収集SDKを使用しません。計測と記録の基本機能はオフラインで使用できます。
任意のApple Music連携では、端末からAppleのサービスへ通信します。利用者が共有や問い合わせを行う場合は、選択した送信先へ情報が送られます。Appleのサービス、OSのバックアップ・診断、Webサイトのホスティングに関する処理には、それぞれのサービス提供者のポリシーが適用されます。
2. 端末内に保存する情報
- 作業の開始・終了時刻、集中・休憩・一時停止の記録、プロジェクト・タスク名、メモ
- アクティビティ、通知、外観、音楽、ウィジェットの設定
- ウィジェットに表示するメモ、チェック項目、目標、カウンター、集中度などの入力内容
- ブロックするアプリ・カテゴリ・Webサイトの選択、登録したドメイン、制限の設定
- ブロック画面で「集中に戻る」を選んだ日時と、そのときのCresia内の作業情報、一時解除・緊急解除の日時や種類
- 利用者が選択した画像と、ブロック画面に表示するメッセージ
これらは端末内のアプリ領域およびApp Groupに保存し、Cresia本体と関連するウィジェット・拡張の間で共有します。当社へは送信しません。Cresia独自のクラウド同期はありません。端末のバックアップに含まれる情報はOSや利用者のバックアップ設定に従います。
3. アプリ・Webサイトのブロック
AppleのScreen Time API（Family Controls、Managed Settings、Device Activity）を使用します。利用者の許可に基づいて選択した対象に制限を適用します。対象の選択にはAppleが提供するトークンを利用します。登録したWebサイトはドメイン単位で端末内に保存します。
他アプリの利用履歴やブラウザの閲覧履歴を当社が取得することはありません。「集中に戻る」の記録はボタンを選択した実績であり、ブロック画面の表示回数や実際に作業を再開したことの測定ではありません。この記録にブロック対象アプリの識別情報は保存しません。
4. 任意の連携・権限
- ヘルスケア: 許可された睡眠・ワークアウトをタイムラインに表示します。設定をオンにした場合、完了した集中セッションをマインドフルネスとして書き込みます。広告やマーケティングには使用せず、当社へ送信しません。許可はOSの設定で変更できます。
- カレンダー: 許可された予定を表示し、時間記録と見比べるために読み取ります。Cresiaは予定を作成・変更・削除しません。
- リマインダー: 選択したリストの未完了タスクを読み取り、作業時間に関連付けます。内容や完了状態は変更しません。
- 写真: OSの写真選択画面で利用者が選んだ画像のみを読み込み、表示用のコピーを端末内に保存します。写真ライブラリ全体へのアクセスやアップロードは行いません。
- Apple Music: 許可とサービスの利用資格に応じて、ライブラリ・プレイリストを取得し再生を制御します。選んだプレイリストのID・名前や表示に必要な再生状態を端末内で扱います。通信は端末とAppleの間で行われ、当社のサーバーを経由しません。
- 通知: 集中終了前や集中・休憩の切り替えなどをローカル通知でお知らせします。通知内容は端末の通知設定に従って表示されます。
- ショートカット: 利用者が指定した入力を受け取り、計測やウィジェットの更新を行います。他サービスへの送信を含むショートカットを利用者が組んだ場合、その処理は指定したアクションに従います。
連携を許可しなくても基本的な計測・記録は利用できます。
5. 共有・問い合わせ
記録の書き出し・共有は利用者の操作で行います。共有シートで選んだアプリや送信先へ情報が渡ります。当社は自動的にこれらを受け取りません。
当社へ問い合わせを送った場合、返信や問題解決のために、メールアドレス、問い合わせ内容、利用者が任意で添付した情報を取り扱います。機微な情報を必要以上に含めないでください。問い合わせ対応に必要な範囲で保管し、不要になった情報は削除します。問い合わせ窓口から開示・訂正・削除等を相談できます。
6. 保存期間と削除
アプリ内の記録は利用者が削除するまで端末内に保存します。記録や各設定はアプリ内の編集・削除・リセット機能で管理できます。HealthKitへ書き込んだ記録や、書き出したファイル・バックアップは、Cresia内の削除とは別にヘルスケア、保存先、OSの機能で管理してください。
7. 子どもの利用と変更
当社は子どもを含む利用者のアプリ内記録をサーバーへ収集しません。問い合わせ等で個人情報を送る場合は、必要に応じて保護者の同意を得てください。機能や取扱いを変更する場合は本ポリシーを更新し、必要に応じてアプリやWebサイトで案内します。

1. Overview
Cresia is a focus timer and time tracking app provided by ELI Limited Liability Company. No account is required. We do not transmit your in-app records to our servers or use advertising, analytics, or custom crash-reporting SDKs. Core timing and recording work offline.
Optional Apple Music features communicate directly with Apple. Sharing and support requests send information to the destinations you choose. Apple's services, OS backups and diagnostics, and website hosting are governed by the respective providers' policies.
2. Information stored on your device
- Work, focus, break and pause times, project and task names, and notes
- Activity, notification, appearance, music and widget settings
- Widget notes, checklists, goals, counters and focus ratings you enter
- Selected apps, categories and websites, registered domains, and blocking settings
- Dates when you choose Return to Focus, associated work information within Cresia, and dates and types of temporary or emergency releases
- Images you select and messages shown on the blocking screen
This information stays in the app's local storage and App Group, shared between Cresia and its widgets and extensions. It is not sent to us. Cresia does not provide its own cloud synchronization. OS backups are subject to your device and backup settings.
3. App and website blocking
Cresia uses Apple's Screen Time APIs (Family Controls, Managed Settings and Device Activity) with your permission. Selections use tokens provided by Apple. Manually registered website domains are stored on your device.
We do not collect other apps' usage history or browser history. Return to Focus statistics record your explicit button choices, not screen impressions or proof that you resumed work. These records do not store the identity of the blocked app.
4. Optional integrations and permissions
- Health: Displays authorized sleep and workout data in your timeline. When enabled, completed focus sessions are written as mindful sessions. Health data is not used for advertising or marketing or sent to us. You can change permissions in OS settings.
- Calendar: Reads authorized events to compare your schedule with recorded time. Cresia does not create, modify or delete events.
- Reminders: Reads unfinished items from selected lists and associates work time with them. It does not change reminder content or completion status.
- Photos: Imports only images you choose through the system photo picker and stores a display copy locally. It does not access your entire library or upload images.
- Apple Music: With permission and the required service entitlement, retrieves library and playlist information and controls playback. Selected playlist IDs, names and necessary playback state are handled locally. Communication is between your device and Apple, not our servers.
- Notifications: Uses local notifications for focus reminders and phase changes. Visibility depends on your device's notification settings.
- Shortcuts: Processes inputs you provide for timing or widget updates. If you create a shortcut that sends information to another service, that action follows your shortcut configuration.
You can use core timing and recording without enabling these integrations.
5. Sharing and support
Export and sharing occur at your request. Information is passed to the apps or recipients you choose. We do not automatically receive it.
If you contact us, we process your email address, message and any information you voluntarily attach to answer and resolve the request. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive information. We retain support information only as needed for this purpose and delete information no longer required. You can contact us about access, correction or deletion.
6. Retention and deletion
In-app records remain on your device until you delete them. Use the app's editing, deletion and reset controls to manage records and settings. Records written to Health, exported files and backups are separate; manage those through Health, their destination or OS controls.
7. Children and changes
We do not collect users' in-app records on our servers, including those of children. Obtain parental permission where necessary before sending personal information in a support request. We update this policy when functionality or data handling changes and provide notice in the app or on our website where appropriate.
